Pregnancy is the happy time between the conception and childbirth in which a fetus grows and matures for nine month inside a woman's womb until it is ready to be born. Unfortunately, many common problems can occur during pregnancy which can be life threatening as a miscarriage or as simple as stretch marks. Most of these problems occur due to hormonal changes within the body, nutrient deficiencies in the mother, or a shift in weight gain distribution due to the sudden weight gain. It is extremely important to remember that it is necessary to consult a medical doctor when in doubt about certain medication or herbal remedies to be taken internally.
Smoking affects not only yourself, but secondary smoke can substantially affect the health of those around you. Children with parents who smoke are sick more often. Colds that are more frequent and flu, ear infections, asthma, bronchitis and pneumonia may be due in part to cigarette smoke. Babies born to smokers may have a lower birth weight and have slower lung development. They are more likely to be hospitalized in their first two years of life. In addition, they will be more prone to smoke as teenagers and adults.
A baby is the most innocent and most precious thing in the world. It's only natural that we would to protect so a vulnerable thing. Unfortunately, smoking can cause severe and deadly diseases especially to babies. Cot Death, also known as Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) is a sudden and unexpected syndrome in which the baby has difficulty breathing and as a result dies in its sleep.According to the Foundation for the Study of Infant Deaths if both parents smoke during the pregnancy, the baby is 8 times more likely to die of cot death than if neither parent smoke.
When smoking, a pregnant woman will distribute the same toxins to her unborn child as is distributed through her own metabolism. It is therefore logical that when the female body goes through the detoxification and anti-addiction, the fetus will be exposed to the same process.
Women cannot be completely be certain about the condition of the pregnancy and or any medication associated with pregnancy, it is not wise to start on the product without the advice of the physician dealing with the pregnant individual.
